Exceptional and prompt customer service. Less than an hour wait for being a walk-in. Kyle was absolutely amazing and made the experience ten times better. Store was very clean as well, I watched an employee wipe down all the computers, keyboards and counters while I waited. Was shopping around for tires and am very happy I settled here.

I’ve never been disappointed with service I’ve received at Discount Tire. I’ve had several flat tires fixed , at no charge!! When I needed a new tire for my van I was shown why. I’ve always found the servicemen reliable and honest. I won’t go anywhere else for my tire needs! Thank you for your services you provide and for your honesty.

Knowledgeable employees, VERY FAST SERVICE. Friendly staff Austin was very helpful, and explained the different tires and the guarantee. I now have a safe car to drive.

Was recommended by a neighbor to try Discount Tire. The exact same tires were hundreds of dollars cheaper than the dealer. I also was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't even there a half hour.

Exceptional customer service by Kyle. Tire cost comparison saved me about $50 compared to dealers price. I selected a different tire that provided longer mileage wear based on enployee’s recommendations and after a couple of days, the ride feels comfortable. I like the idea of being able to request a different tire within 30 days if I’m not satisfied. Overall I’m pleased with the customer service and price for service.
